There is a type of dog flu known as canine influenza (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canine_influenza), although it sound s like it is less common, with fewer serotypes than the corresponding flu in humans.

Apparently there is not a canine rhinovirus, although there is a feline rhinovirus.  However, it may be more related to the herpes virus. 

There are a few viruses that do give dogs cold-like symptoms.
