I was just thinking about the climate tonight.
What would be the climate effect of having a huge supervolcano erupt in the middle of the Atlantic or Pacific ocean. Or, perhaps under an ice sheet such as Antarctica or Greenland?
I could imagine a huge plume of water reaching up into the stratosphere. And, as quick as one batch of water was blasted away, the next water would be there, perhaps like a giant geyser.
Perhaps the rain would be enough to make Noah think about building a bigger boat.
