Title: How does African Shea Butter effect the Human Body?

My question is concerning African Shea butter.

My father discovered this butter from a man selling it at our local public market.  My father has diabetes and has trouble with keep his feet from cracking due to poor circulation in his legs.  He has tried every moisturizer he could find on the market and none of them seem to work.  When he tried the butter with in a week he found almost complete relief.  I was wondering it you knew how it works?
