Title: E-mail updates

Is it possible to get e-mail updates on posts to threads we start...or any threads for that matter?  This would be nice because I check my e-mail everyday but I don't have the time to check my threads everyday (If I open up the site I end up reading ALL of the new posts which consumes more time than I have to spend).

Click the "notify" button, or just save the topic's url as a "favourite"
