Liam asked the Naked Scientists:
Hi,
Quite often sterile lab mice are used in experiments to answer questions on immune function and diseases. My question is, how are these completely germ free environments and mice made? How do you completely sterilise a mouse both inside and out and keep it that way?
What do you think?
