Title: What forces are represented by the van der Waal vectors?
Post by: Richard777 on 18/10/2016 23:41:14
An average interaction may be represented by two vectors of force. The components of force are arranged in a unique geometry.

This interaction may be scaled up according to the number of moles participating in the interaction giving the total forces of interaction. If three conditions apply to the total interaction, then the VdW equation is easily obtained.

What are the two interacting forces?

I'm not sure that I understand the question. Can you elaborate please?
