Title: With an astronomical clock, how can I find the angular position of the planets?
Post by: homebrewer on 31/05/2017 14:27:17
Enclosed you will find a picture of an astronomical clock, which was build in 1932 by a long gone relative a Mr. Neher from Munich in Germany. The image depicts the astronomical clock with its 6 planets: and I quote in German :  Merkur, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn.

My question is as follows: Would you be able to tell me how to best calculate the angular position of the planets on the astronomical clock face on a minute by minute bacis. Thank you.

Your help is much appreciated.
