The definition of atomic singularity needs to be clarified:
1. Can atomic particles live forever in different states?
2. Is human consciousness massless?

The "singularity" of atomic particles in a quantum system (ie: brain) might explain the nature of consciousness. The biological (atomic) singularity of human consciousness is non-computable and emergent. Thus, the (spacetime) singularity of consciousness is only valid for coherent quantum systems.

Can you please elaborate more?
If holographic human consciousness depends on a specific spacetime curvature (ie: gravity), I suspect there could be no atomic singularity inside a black hole...

Is human consciousness strictly neuroholographic in nature and not compatible with general relativity?
The non-local spacetime curvature (atomic singularity) of any neuroholographic process like human consciousness cannot be replaced by a machine. Thus, if human consciousness is massless, it is because it is impossible to measure objectively the value of spacetime with general relativity.
