Material does not become energy, and the formula E = MCC has no meaning
The material is a physical form.
If the physical form of matter changes, it emits or absorbs energy.
The material is composed of a combination of passive time and energy.
The scales are able to detect change in physical form.
This role of Libra is not familiar to conventional science.
