Time - which appears as active time and passive time
Energy - which appears as active energy and passive energy.
Passive energy does not participate in the energy conservation law
Active energy (with its many performances) also participates in the conservation law.
The material that exists in the world is created by the merging of passive time and energy.
Passive time explains all electrical phenomena.
Science does not know passive time yet.

You are right that length is "quantitative" but is geometric rather than physical.
If you try to measure, mass, electric current, inspiration, radioactivity, light, temperature, power, and so on, always measure energy (passive or active)
If you try to measure frequency, you measure time.
Try to imagine all the physical measurements you know, and you'll come to the conclusion that measures, or time or energy

For example, when I imagined measuring mass, I realise I was measuring mass.
The same was true for lots of thing, like momentum, viscosity, thermal conductivity, power, current, capacitance, refractive index, fugacity voltage, thermal diffusivity...
well- everything except time and energy.
Why do you think that you are somehow miraculously right and the whole of the world is wrong?

You must ignore what you "understand you are measuring" and focus only on what you really measure.
When you measure mass (according to your understanding), you measure the elongation of a spring.
When you measure current (according to your understanding), you measure a twist of spring.
Power measurement is a double measurement of the amount of energy and the amount of time.
Any physical measuring instrument will measure or energy or time.
Any geometric instrument will measure, length, or area, or volume
The scale and scales measure ratio numbers

When you measure mass (according to your understanding), you measure the elongation of a spring.
No, I don't- well, not often. Usually I measure the current through an electromagnet.
Sometimes I measure the radius of curvature of a path through a cloud chamber.
Sometimes I measure the ratio of the DC to AC fields in an electric quadrupole.
Sometimes I measure the variation in frequency of an oscillating quartz crystal.
And they all agree.
And that's because I'm always measuring the same thing.
And it's mass- whether you like it or not.

Don't you think you should learn how science actually measures these things before pretending that you understand them?
