Hey guys, i was just wondering whether you guys could do a show about people mining H3
from the moon as a source of power, i am still a bit skeptical about whether we should mine it or not as for some reason i believe it may affect the tides and disrupt the gentle balance of our life. You mentioned helium 3 on a previous show and i then watched the end of a documentary on H3 and i am very interested in it.

Yup. Me is interested in it too.
But I doubt that taking He-3 from the moon will affect us or the moon in any way.
Apparently 1kg of He-3 is enough to give the world enough energy for 10 years.
And welcome to NKS Guttedpiggy! Hope you have fun here [;)]

Yep welcome. [;D]
He-3 I thought could only be used in fusion reactors and as we know that technology is always 4 years away. [;)]
Before even thinking about mining it and its implications, the technology has to be proven first.
A good idea for a show though, just how far away are we from a fusion reactor
