Logic :  There is no limit how fast a point to adjoining point transfer/displacement can happen.

Added- c is the energy transfer limit but not a speed limit.

If ''light'' is +1e then ''space'' must be -e because   (-e) + (+1e) = q₀ 

Therefore m =   where S is entropy which is -e field density that is under ZpP.
