Title: creation of outr solar system
Post by: alexanderbenjamin on 30/06/2018 03:52:32
Ok here we go. more theory

Imagine a sun. (somewhat larger than our own) no solar system.
Now, An object of unknown origin. It comes in, in a clock wise orbit and hits our sun.
Matter and atoms scattered in an elliptical orbit.
the further the objects get from our sun the more the slow down.
the objects are of different sizes and different mass's.

now if you can picture this in your mind as no one. Not even the god of science has.
All of the orbits of our solar system are elliptical and the same. the all orbit the sun
around its equater (yea some are on different tilts) but they all orbit around the suns equater.
The inner plantes speed faster as the outter orbits from the center are slowers.

yea my English not good (10th grade edu ;) )

Therefore I therorize the creation of out solar system. Simple.

Its another theory I have.

Hold on to your hat Dorothy. Kansas going bye bye.

I know crude.. but effective

Why not have a look at: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Formation_and_evolution_of_the_Solar_System

This will improve on what you learned before 10th grade.

but they all orbit around the suns equater.
The moon doesn't.

As the moon follows suit it orbits around the earths equater not the sun.
And don't forget the wobble of the earth as it also effects the moons orbit around our planet.
As a side note on the moon, it is egg shaped and only shows us one face.
As a theory this could be caused by the moons solidification as it cooled in orbit around the earth due to the gravitational pull of the earth. The heavier matter was pulled toward the earth and ovaled leading to only one face of the moon showing to us at all times.

But it doesn’t. The moons orbit is significantly off the equator and closer to the ecliptic - the plane in which the earth orbits the sun.

Yes, the pull of the earth has a significant effect on the moon and vise versa - not many people realise that as the moon passes over the earth the solid earth surface rises (can reach about 55 cm at the equator). Over time the earth’s gravity can distort the shape of the moon, but this happened after the moon solidified.
The fact that the moon shows one face to the earth is also an effect of these tidal pulls and is called tidal locking (also gravitational locking, synchronous rotation).

Don’t take it to heart if you get replies negating what you say, it isn’t flaming but a process similar to peer review. It is easy for anyone to say “I think x happens because of y” but it needs to be backed up by observations and how we know things eg gravity work. Top marks for thinking, but take on board the comments and you’ll have a much better model.

Thank you Collin.
The moon showing us only one face is what sparked my theory of the creation of our solar system.
being egg shaped with the matter being more on the side of the earth makes it seem possible that it cooled in orbit around our planet.
