They are not really avatars, more a way of showing people that are on the show, or we know personally and definitely know what they are talking about on the subject listed below the logo. This was requested by neil a few months ago.

Hmmm.. They should make avatars [:-\] and you guys keep those pictures, so that people know that you belong to TNS, whilst people with other "sheep" pictures, people will know that they are only members!
