i have seen he has made hydropower dam from where he get power to invest govt money and build power for india people

Often a large project will be named in honour of some famous person - often after they are dead, and sometimes while they are still alive. Even if they had nothing to do with the project itself.

Nehru worked with Gandhi towards India's independence from Britain, and later served as India's first Prime Minister.
Both of these probably make him a worthwhile subject for naming a dam, a building, a school, and probably many other things.

Coming from India, you should probably also be familiar with other prime ministers of India:

1. How does the Indian government decide what denominations of currency should be available?
2. How does the Indian government decide how many notes of each denomination should be issued?
3. How does the Indian government decide on the material to be used for the currency?
4. How does the Indian government decide on the size and shape of the currency?
5. How does the Indian government design the graphics that appear on the currency?
6. How does the Indian government design the security features on the currency?
