What does toll taxes system work what is necessary to pay toll of heavy vehicles to collect money why it is build in india
and why big road are build for transportation

Every living thing needs a network to carry around raw materials, finished goods and waste products. In humans, this is via the circulatory system (blood), digestive system (food) and the respiratory system (air).

You could view a city as sort of "living" thing - only the networks that sustain it are roads, water, sewage, electricity.

It costs money & resources to build and maintain roads. That money has to come from somewhere - getting some of it from the road users is a sensible way of doing it.

Wear and tear on roads increases as something like the cube of the weight per wheel (ie double the weight carried by the wheel, and damage to the road increases by a factor of 8 or so). So it makes sense to charge more for bigger trucks.
