I have recently been to talks linking oral health and stomach cancer, then I saw this study in the International Journal of Cancer that talks about poor oral health and stomach cancer:

In a way, yes, because Helicobacter pylori, which is linked to stomach cancer, is known to colonise teeth within dental plaque.
