Hello!
Is there a cheap material sheet that can be robust at 1nm thickness?
Thanks!

Robust to what? 1 nm thick sheets? wires?
-
Mechanically robust sheets.

Define "robust", but the answer is probably going to be "no".
Do you understand just how small a nanometre is?
Take a single sheet of paper and cut it into about 100,000 slices.
A hundred times thinner than gold leaf.
