If a postal worker is positive, does the post they put through the letterbox carry the virus?

We're getting this question in a lot - what do you think?

Dave, the hero who delivers the post here, says they have supervised surgical scrubbing at the depot and everyone wears a mask and gloves, but they can't be held responsible for what the sender has sneezed onto your package.
