Title: If smoking increases risk, what about people exposed to Australian bushfires?
Post by: nudephil on 09/04/2020 18:02:13
We got this message from Narelle:

If smoking upregulates the ACE-2 receptor, increasing the risk of infection by COVID-19, is there also a risk for people exposed to the Australian bushfires last Dec-Feb? How long does the upregulation last after exposure to smoke has ceased?

What do you think? An interesting question!
