Title: Can house cats become a vector for human Covid-19 infection?
Post by: Bert Latamore on 28/04/2020 16:10:52
Recently the Chinese announced a study that showed that house cats can be infected with Covid-19 and can spread that to other cats. At the same time, the Bronx Zoo announced that four of their big cats were showing the symptoms of Covid-19.

If the Covid virus gets into the feral cat and domestic cat populations, can this become a reservoir of the virus, and can it spread from there back to the human population?
