I'm making a telescope-related part in CAD for 3D printing, but I don't know how to make the T2 thread. I'd try myself, but I've heard threads don't screw nicely with plastic, if they are exact, so I need both male and female versions with the appropriate offset to screw nicely, and I don't have a 3D printer myself, so I'd need to order it. Does anyone have step files of T2 (42mx0.75) thread that I could have (male and female)? Have you tested it (i.e. printed it and tried to screw it in already)? Thanks.
