Title: Is there any link between food that triggers allergies and hayfever?
Post by: nudephil on 15/07/2020 15:54:00
Gabriel sent us this question:

Is there any link between food that triggers allergies or intolerance and the severity of hayfever? I ask this question because I develop boils when I take any dairy, and since I have excluded it from my diet, the severity of my hayfever has been mild.

Can anyone help?

Allergies indicate an immune system which is inappropriately triggered, and overactive.
- By removing the triggers, the immune system gets back to a more normal level of activity, and your body functions better
