With the advent of all the measures to combat Covid-19 , i.e. face coverings, social distancing and hand sanitizing, do you think that the annual flu season will be less pronounced?

I think that transmission of a number of diseases will be reduced.
But to offset that, people will be less able or less willing to go to the doctor when they have a real disease, so overall mortality from non-COVID causes may not change very much...
I imagine that in those areas with a night-time COVID curfew, night-time crime will be greatly reduced...

Yes it will be less pronounced in my personal opinion, that is that it will flatten the curve, but overly as many people will be infected. I think less people will have survived corona to become seriously ill with it. If you are to believe the hype surrounding corona you would be able to convince yourself that corona is actually saving lives.

A friend of a friend has passed at 50ish, not being seen at the hospital for her heart was put down to corona.
