someone asked me why frozen milk turns yellw or even orange, i had no idea why. So before i go out and buy lots of different types of milk to freeze, does anyone have a good explination?
-
Separation of the cream maybe!
-
to make me even less likely to drink it?
-
I honestly have never seen it turn that color! powdered milk kind of yellowish but not regular..separation is all I can think of..
-
Hmm... I've seen frozen milk before, but it's only a slight yellow colour.. Not even close as orange.
Do you think if you unfreeze this again, it will remain this slight yellowy colour?
-
well this person could just be making it up, i was thinking maybe some fats!
-
Ohh... Maybe.. ;)
