Can such space technology like or satellites or microsatellites make their investsments in preservation of the environment on Earth? For example, such project like a satellite we can observe sea level and other stuff that can help scientists make particular operation in environmental preservation.
-
Sea level is undefined since all the earth's crust moves up and down, tilts, or twists, from time to time. Volcanic islands appear and disappear.
Significant climate change or environmental preservation is beyond human capability.
What you can do with satellite observation is observe and prosecute unreasonable deliberate local change of use of the landscape, and predict and mitigate major disasters. The orbital capability has been around for over 60 years and we have almost 100 years of airborne mapping, but almost no useful action on what we can change, just reams of handwringing about matters outside our control.

The satellite will be capable of delivering more precise, and finer spatial resolution images, as well as the ability to recover a higher quantity of data in both ice-covered and coastal regions.

And what are you going to do about it?
Help - I am being attacked by a lion
Please be specific
I am being attacked by a 3 year old male lion weighing 213 kg with a scar on its left cheek
Thank you.

The point is that with the help of such kind of satellites scientists can make more useful think to preserve our environment and may be solve a lot of problem like glacier melting which is an important issue nowadays. This idea of observation satellites is used over 20 years and bacame very popular. Sucj kind of satellites are very important in gathering data collection of sea level change

Glaciers melt because glaciers melt! As ice disappears, the local albedo decreases and the air heats up., so the glacier melts faster. Knowing how much may be interesting (the lion is now exactly 10 meters away and approaching at 2 m/s) but what are you going to do about it?
What do you mean by sea level? It goes up and down at least twice a day, and whilst, for instance, the east coast of England is sinking, the west coast is rising. Which number is important and what are you going to do about it?

The melting of gleciers is increasing because of global warming. Not many people actually take care about it not expecting a huge danger it can bring for humanity
-
Yes, the planet is going through a rapid warming phase that will probably result is mass migrations of humans. As you say, nobody is doing anything about it apart from blaming each other for something that is not actually under our control.
This is a modern embodiment of a very old tradition of blaming famines and diseases on sin, and just as pointless. The only difference is in this case we can see the train coming, long before it hits us, but politics and economics have replaced other religions and prevent us from getting out of the way. Neither prayer nor recycling can change the laws of physics.

There were three blankets on the bed; we added a fourth. It is now warmer.
Alan does not believe that this is cause and effect.

We mean the sort of sea level that will go up if the ice melts.
It hardly matters where you measure it, or how.
-
Please don't tell me what I believe, particularly where the ascribed belief may be nonsense. I have no beliefs.
You called attention elsewhere to the concept of saturation, and indeed used a blanket analogy. The negative exponential effectiveness of insulation is well understood: the first blanket does most of the work and successive blankets add more weight without substantially reducing heat loss.
My problem with the current climatological dogma is that it ignores the unsaturated mechanisms of climate change and the logical order of cause and effect, and blames the inevitable on a mechanism that is clearly saturated and therefore irrelevant.
Far better to mitigate the harm caused by inevitable climate change than to make meaningless sacrificial gestures, but effective mitigation would directly challenge current political and economic interests.

When, not if.
I think we can reasonably expect Greenland to be mostly green by the end of the century, resulting in a considerable loss of tropical lowland agriculture and a lot of rapid migration. The north polar ice cap is of course of no consequence because it is already floating, as is the antarctic ice shelf, but the disappearance of the south polar cap will indeed cause problems in the next century unless people start reorganising populations and agriculture now.

for a change soon we will have finally public methane emissions scanning satellites, and if they stay safe enough to monitor all the fracking sights there is maybe hope we will push for Methane Fracking Alarm in time ...
