"Can you physically apply Newton's third law of motion as a cycle system in a motor engine device?"

Newton's Third Law applies to everything, everywhere, as far as we know.

Agree with Alan, but it would be useful if Carlos could join us and explain if there is a specific part of the cycle where he thinks there might be a problem

A typical motor vehicle application has tyres in contact with the ground.

The force that the tyres apply to the road is equal and opposite to the force that the road applies to the tyres, accelerating the vehicle forward.

The tyres rotate, so I guess you could say that this force is applied in a cycle system.

The same technique applies to a bicycle system, only now the rider is the engine...
