Title: How the atomic model works?

How can Electrons in some physical phenomena return to a precise orbit around the nucleus " with a precise electron radius" after it loses its spinning position ? 

The phenomenon are:
Losing electrons during electrolysis.
Losing electron in electrostatics when for example rubbing silk with plastic.

The electron is a mass moves attracted by force if I am right the process must be like launching a rocket to put a satellite around the earth in a precise distance from earth's center. So how physically the electron is reinstalled in its orbit?

They don't. The concept was abandoned in the 1920s.

It's due to quantum mechanics. Unlike a rocket in orbit around the Earth (which can have any arbitrary altitude desired), electrons are quantum objects that can only have distinct energy levels and thus "orbits" in an atom.

They don't. The concept was abandoned in the 1920s.
How electricity, electrolysis, electrostatics, electromagnetism...... are explained?

What is the theory that a smaller mass " electron" is not as a bigger mass "satellite"? They are both matter with a centripetal force

I already answered that: quantum mechanics. Electrons absolutely do not behave like satellites. This is simply observed to be true. Electrons have been observed to not behave like satellites in orbit. To say otherwise is to deny observation.

Hi.

     I'm adding my agreement to what the previous posters have said.

How electricity, electrolysis, electrostatics, electromagnetism...... are explained?
    By oversimplifying everything and ignoring most quantum effects.
    These things can be explained with classical theories,  where electrons do behave classically  -  like conventional particles.   A full treatment using Quantum Mechanics (QM) is not required and would be very complicated but it is assumed that it could be done.   The overall final results shouldn't be significantly different.
     Electron orbits around atoms are not so well modelled by these classical models,  QM is required to explain what happens.

And please don't use the word "orbit". An object in orbit is continuously accelerating. An accelerating charged particle emits electromagnetic radiation. The electrons in an atom don't, so they can't be in orbit or indeed in any oscillatory motion.
