I usually just call people locally. But you know, no matter who you call, anywhere in the world, the cell phone company seems to locate them. You could call someone in Siberia, in outer Mongolia. And your call would be routed right to them. Almost immediately, right?
How can the cell phone company locate everyone everywhere in the world? Especially now that there are so many people using cell phones.

Good question, offhand I have no idea. Your country code prefix will get you to the selected country and I suppose the local system there has info on the phone you seek but after that stage, I just don't know.

How Can the Cell Phone Company Always Find You?
Because you carry a radio transmitter that's blaring out your ID and location all the time.

Yes, of course, BC. I think i'm half asleep today, it's very warm and humid here today and my energy levels are sapped.
