Ryan,
one way to find out the time difference is to listen to the live stream near the hour. This is BBC Local radio, so there will be news bulletins on the hour, they will also tell you what time it is (in the UK) you should them be able to work out the time difference.

I'll have to do that, but I'll have to be on the desktop to do it because I don't have RealPlayer.
