Hi there folks. I am interested if anybody has more information or know sources where I can read more about a new drug called Kymriah (tisagenlecleucel) by Novartis.
In general, this drug is a brand new way of Oncology diseases treatment especially acute lymphoblastic leukemia and others that need hematopoietic cells transplantation or have a high risk of relapse. If someone knows something special about CTR or such info, please share :) Also, let's discuss :D

Hello James; welcome to the forum.
We discussed Kymriah on the Naked Scientists when it was licensed in September 2017.
I wrote this summary of Kymriah and how cell reprogramming therapies work (https://www.thenakedscientists.com/articles/science-news/first-reprogrammed-cell-leukaemia-therapy-approved).
We also spoke to Magda Papadaki, from the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry, who explained, in layman's terms more about how Kymriah works (https://www.thenakedscientists.com/articles/interviews/game-changer-cancer-therapy-approved).
I hope those links are helpful. Please give them a read and then return here with any follow up questions that you may have.
