Chemistry / Re: Ammonia as fuel is not dangerous, see this link
« on: 15/08/2006 18:57:43 »
My opinion is that it's not particularly difficult.
Hydrogen is produced from ammonia, is it a problem?
Ammonia is released from this ammine...
1 litre of Mg(NH3)6Cl2 releases 1 litre of liquid ammonia(1.2 m3 of hydrogen at room temperature) and weights 1.2 kg!
The vapur pressure of ammonia at room temperature is 0.002 atm,
this ammine can be handled!!!

You have an easy dream..hydrogen storage !

When one talks of hydrogen then he can talk of ammonia......
This complex is an hydrogen storage through ammonia and the article says this, have you read it?..

I suppose you don't like it.
It's not a my problem.
Think about ammonia!...

ALL AGAINST OIL!!!

This is one of the best thing against oil
I have heard.
Coal and biomass against oil!  [B)][B)]

1 kg coal - 1 kg ammonia, energetic efficiency around 40 %.

Ammonia - hydrogen - fuel cells - mechanical energy efficiency is around 50 %

Total efficiency? 20%   GREAT!

But biomass?   barley straw does more than 2 tonnes of ammonia! SUPER GREAT!

Hydrogen from ammonia needs about 90 kj every three moles of produced hydrogen that contain totally 840 kj.
90 kj is about 10% of the total energy of the produced hydrogen.
One litre of ammonia totally contains 1.34 m3 of hydrogen therefore
1 m3 is surely free...

I know a lot of industries that produce directly ammonia from coal...it's the same process to produce ammonia from straw,
straw to hydrogen and directly hydrogen to ammonia.

Chemistry / Ammonia from straw...
« on: 04/08/2006 17:50:32 »
There are a lot of researchers who say that one ton of ammonia
can be produced from two tons of straw..

Is it correct?

1 litre of liquid ammonia(0.682 kg) containes more than 1 m3 of hydrogen free to utilize in fuel cells to produce mechanical energy with an efficiency about 60-70%...
This would be great because 1 litre of liquid ammonia is energetically 1 litre of gasoline...and one hectaire of wheat would can produce 2-3 thousands litres of liquid ammonia with its straw...

Dust is not a problem in the Andes or in Tibet...
But I think this method gives more energy than solar panels.

That can be produced from volume increase liquid water-solid water.
There are some places on earth where the temperature oscillates every day between a negative and a positive degree.
Taklimakan and Atacama desert are two great examples.
We would can produce a lot of sodium with this
energy and Atacama salt in Chile.

I add:
if the temperature oscillates between two negative numbers
then is also possible to produce energy under pressure.

Thanks.
Can..it become a valide alternative for those who are
allergic to antibiotics?
Some scientists say that people allergic to antibiotics are at risk.
Is it true?

This is religion I think.
I don't know if we can talk about religion specifically.......
If you want then I can answer to you with emails.
But I think also you can talk with a good pastor(or priest)......

Cells, Microbes & Viruses / Dragon blood as an antibiotic?
« on: 22/08/2005 17:30:07 »
Komodo Dragons as a source for antibiotics.
The saliva of the Komodo Dragon contains at least 52 kinds of bateria.
I think its blood may have a great antibacterial property.
A lot of doctors says that crocodile serum shows an anti HIV activity.
The serum is a natural antibiotic.
The question is: would it be better than common antibiotics for us?

I don't know this theory.
But what is your opinion, is your theory more probable
than others?
What's its probability?
I know from a lot of scientists that evolution can(could, my opinion) be infinite casual gene mutations.
When I have studied this evolution theory then I
have considered the Creation at once.

Can a bacterium's dna become a man's dna with the cross-over?
After all the number of genes cannot change with the cross-over.......

[8)][8)][8D][8D][:D][:D][:)][:)][:p][:p][:o)][:I][:I][:I]

Statistically evolution is almost impossible.
Evey gene mutation has to be great but I don't think it can be enough......
If we have to believe that we all discend from a single batterium
then I don't believe in evolution statistically.......
I believe in a great God creation, maybe statistically it would be more correct.
We only need to believe in Jesus Resurrection........
Is it more probable?

I know He is God but scientifically it's very difficoult to show... it........

Surely there are some varnishes that are heat resistant and alkaline resistant.
I think the problem is another:
Does hydrogen give problems?
Some experiments can give us the answer.

Physics, Astronomy & Cosmology / Is this a black hole?
« on: 21/08/2005 20:11:20 »
An electric charge is forced from a magnetic field to turn around a point.
This point simulates a gravitational mass.
If a mass is situated in this circle it will receive a global force
that will push it where is the pseudo mass.
Is it a simple black hole or only a simulation..?
