Ya, that first picture of your face is how I feel with POIS. LOL, that explains it perfectly.

I'm skinny, nervous and I suffer from severe premature ejaculation. I'm a good candidate to be deficient in Gaba.I fit your same profile above. I've taken pure gaba for many many months. Didn't do a thing. I upgraded to Picamilon, which is a mixture of gaba and niacin. The niacin allows the gaba to cross the blood-brain barrier. This supplement definitely has an effect on me as it makes me more calm. However it also didn't help my POIS.
I was also very heavy into bodybuilding. I was skinny all my life so wanted to put on muscle. I became a gym freak but with very little results. At one time, I was eating more and more but getting more and more skinny due to malabsorption issues. Your lack of results in the gym plus depression and suicidal thoughts scream digestive issues to me. These go hand in hand with POIS. I strongly suggest avoiding any sugar, grains, gluten or milk. Gut is very often affected by mercury as a major detox pathway.
I don't think this is the root cause of POIS. If I have 4 orgasms in a week I have POIS.
But if I have one orgasm in a month I don't have POIS. So it's not immune system fighting sperm.
That quackwatch article ... provided pretty convincing evidence against hair testing

we should work together not fighting. "or fight but nicely hehe"
