The Environment / Re: Does Russian News ever talk about Climate Change?
« on: 05/05/2017 10:07:48 »
Arctic methane release is a form of release of methane from soil and seas in soil regions of the Arctic, due to deglaciation. It is exacerbated by global warming. This results in a positive feedback effect, as methane is itself a powerful greenhouse gas.
Enormous gas bubbles trapped under the ground are causing areas of grass in Siberia to tremble and shake like trampolines.

Scientists on the Island located near northern peninsula in Siberia is videoed prodding patches of earth which appear to bounce and wobble like an airbed.

HIDDEN IN THE LEAVES

The time it takes for a leaf to decompose might be the key to understanding how temperature affects ecosystems, according to ecologists. Using leaf litter data in streams from 1,025 publications, a team of international stream ecologists found average leaf litter decomposition rates are less than half of what the metabolic theory of ecology would predict. The relationships among temperature, leaf decomposition and running water could help ecologists better predict how the carbon cycle will react with future climate adjustments.

Geek Speak / Re: How to remove browser hijacker?
« on: 04/05/2017 14:49:20 »
Your browser is probably infected by some kind of BROWSER HIJACKER due to which your browser's proxy settings are being changed.

There are now two ways by which you can remove that browser hijacker from your browser.

MOD EDIT: Dubious link removed.

The second way to remove that browser hijacker is : 1. by clicking on the settings tab of your browser. 2. Go to extensions. 3. remove the extension which you are not aware of or the one which seems not legit. 4. Go to control panel and check for same and uninstall(if installed). 5. Open the Task Manager and go to services tab and check for the services of that particular thing (if it entered in your system through adware).

note: here you have to search and close many services and even if one is left by mistake the browser hijacker will not be removed.

So my suggestion will be to take the first and the easy step and download the removal tool from the blog.

Thanx,

Ashley
