I too was struck with this last week. Happened twice. After that I would stop as soon as I felt it starting to happen. After stopping and starting a couple times I was able to have an orgasm without pain but not like the old ones I was used to do to fear. I went to my Chiropractor and had him do my normal adjustments and then asked if he knew how to do a occipital adjust and he said and did it. I waited a couple days and had him do it again and then went and got a massage. I've now had the best 2 days of sex I've had in a long time. When I had my orgasm this morning I just laid down on top of wife and started laughing it was so nice. Also wanted to know if I could masterbate pain free and just got done with a nice alone time session pain free. I'm going to keep up with the adjustments once a week and a once a week massage since I enjoy them both. I did go to my doctor before the chiropractor and he thought it was just a pinched nerve but said he would order an MRI if I wanted one and I said yes. But I got obamacared by my insurance company who says their reviewing this to see if they'll cover it so that's when I went to the chiropractor. Now I don't think I'll get the MRI anyway.
