Hi again,
H2O Lab Lady, Gosh I appreciate the tip, I'm willing to try anything short of surgery. I don't care if I look like Santa's elf, as long as it works I'm going to give it a try.
Daveshorts: No, the pain is primarily on the ball of my heel. It feels like when you constantly step on a rock as H20 Lab Lady described. It feels like a bruised heel that just doesn't heal.
I've tried the arch supports, ice packs, rest, stretching, and time......none have seemed to work and I'm at my wits end.
I'll let you know how the "elf supports" work out.
