I don't think that anyone can yet!
The model used here is based upon the knowledge that magnetic rings cannot cross each other. Hence the individual magnetic rings of a proton and an electron join together along their rims within the same plane.
A similar model to yours is the scattering of iron filings on to a magnetic field, which bring the filing's into line with the field rings, just as your bubbles sequentially are made to rotate along the line of the applied magnetic field rings.
Look through the base of your jar and the bubbles are circling anticlockwise without switching the magnet over.
