Various scientists such as the Quantum experiments of Professor Juan Yin and others have specified that interactions occur at a speed greater than 10,000C. Right now many universities are studying these interactions with the hope of ultra fast computer systems and information transmission systems. The universe thus operates at light speed Co which is 2.99792E8 meters per second and Cs which is 10,000 times faster.

This information makes it quite clear that we have a dual light speed universe and thus two different light speed dimensions. This eliminates the necessity to consider Einstein's time dimension. Thus an object moving near the speed of light actually spends more distance in the higher light speed dimension. This shortens the distance as per Einstein's equations which are excellent describing functions. As the distance traveled in the Cs dimension occurs more often, the time clock hardly advances. thus Einsteins equations are quite good even though his theory is flawed.

The units of the gravitational constant G is meters squared per coulomb second and the permeability Uo has the identical units. thus gravity is a magnetic type forces but it depends upon both dimensions. the ratio of Uo/G = 18,833. This is identical with the ratio of Cs/Co.
