A representation of a tornado must “look like” and “behave like” a cyclone.
The “look like” is a geometry which appears as an inverted distribution of pressures.
The “behavior” may be represented as an equivalent Vander Wall equation, relating temperatures, pressures, and volumes of a swirling gas.

Richard, tried your link but it refers to a site in where I would have to search again for your ideas on this subject. It's nice reading but very mathematical and hopelessly confusing to those not having the mathematics. I think you need to add a section there in where you present where your thinking is taking you in non mathematical terms, preferably starting with why you started to wonder. As it is, it seems more like you wanting to direct to that site than presenting your ideas
