I love any asian food, especially spicy stuff, also a big sushi fan but also, you cant beat a good sunday roast!!!

Vietnamese is my absolute favorite!

Mexican is second choice, as long as it's real Mexican food and not Tex-Mex.

ooh yes vietnamese is awesome, been eating in one particular restaurant while i have been here in Australia and i love it, tasty and very healthy!! I also agree with neil that Sushi is amazing, thats on my list of things to learn!

Lets also not forget Thai and Indian curries for those times when you just need some spice!!!

Actually....my favourite food........is food !!....I've never tried Vietnamese...sounds well nice....(notice how I say it sounds well nice even though no  dishes have been mentioned...DOH !!)....when you get back Rich, lets seek out a Vietnamese restaurant and go eating....

never come across a vietnamese restaurant I'm afraid. not much of anything adventurous out here in the sticks. quite fancy delving into a tub of mars ice-cream that I've stashed in the freezer though. actually might start a new thread on my recent cravings ....

well chicken biryani it is an asian food you can say that an indo-pak food and it is spicy chicken mixed with rice. i will ask you ppl who like spicy asian food to try it and i hope you will definitely like it.

..Thanks gazi.....biryanis are very popular over here, as is all asian food, in fact I think it's official that currys are now officially the UKs national dish.

I don't mind biryanis, however i find them a little oily and have to say  i am too much of a fan of hotter saucy dishes. Big fan of the old Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi and Rogan Josh (always get them hotted up though.

Had some Iranian biscuits and sweets once. well nice. Would love to try Arabian food. My favourate food of all time has to be pasta though. I loved the stuff so much as a kid that I used to pick it up with my hands and shovel it in Garfield style. Oh dear perhaps I shouldn't admit to that...

...also love sushi, seafood, garlic and olives. mmmm. hungry now

Don't worry, going out with will control your pasta urges because as you know i'm not the biggest fan... don't really like pizzas either.

Oh Rich...I have to say I love Pizzas and pasta too....but no worries mate....if we ever go out and large it vietnamese style, I'm sure they won't specialize in vietnamese pizzas !!

Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi, made slightly hotter, with a Peshawari Naan, some saag aloo and tarka daal. That's what I call nice !

chris you are talking about the Pakistani food arabian food is somewhat roasted goat with bokhari rice and shawarmas....

These chicken tikka ,jalferezi are Pakistani food.

I am sorrt I am going to have to stick with good old english roast. A proper one, starter, main course, dessert, cheese, biscuits and port followed by coffee and mints and a good bottle of wine

Yep...I have to agree with Alex....Roast Rib of beef, with garlic cloves inserted, roast potatoes....and of course Yorshire puds.....oops...sorry I've mentioned that before...but it's so delish it has to be mentioned twice !!

I love fish these days too, i forgot to mention mussels, salmon steamed in a little coconut milk with shallots, lemon grass, lime ginger and a little chilli... sweet as! Big fan of prawns too! Sod it, i like all fish!
