Wifey bought a pack of bacon flavoured wheat snacks !!

Hee hee !!..I ate them all !!

But why did it only take about five yummy snacks before I was gasping for a drink ?

There were NOT an abundance of salt in the snack when I did a like for like against other snacks !!


So.....what's the thirst inducing ingredient? !!..They were VERY tangy !!

I think wheat absorbs lots of liguid and is a great fiber snack so you would probably loose some water during exit in the loo, but also wheat really does absorb more liquid then regular whit flour products.
