I would like to know which python library is needed to code a simple deep learning server.

What do you think?

Deep learning requires considerable CPU power.
Some advanced deep-learning tools use machine code running parallel processing on a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU).

A script language like Python will be quite slow. But that's fine if you have plenty of time, and are more interested in what you learn than what it learns...
