I'm almost certain that squash burns the most calories. Other activities up there would be windsurfing, skiing, (possibly) snow boarding...
I used to run, then as the impact took its toll I started cycling, then the knees started getting dodgey so I started swimming but which sport would work out the largest amount of the body?
