200kg...which machine is it?

I was once in a gym where somebody was using the machine where you push up, he got stuck and had to be rescued.

Craig Maclean had all the weights on and then got Chris Hoy to sit on top and then still lifted the lot!

A better exercise is a squat, provided you squat properly low.

I pressed 350 at age 20 regularly... I had been in weight training just playing around on the equipment for a few months.. just for the exercise...so I am guessing you may be at around what Carolyn said and 300.. You are a pretty light weight range but you have your height and are a runner so I am guessing your legs can do some pretty good pressing!

435 pounds. ha. my legs are so discutingly ripped compared to lots of peoples.

and yeah the squat is nice, but whenever i do it it relaly hurts my back.
