Sounds a silly question, i know. But, are veges full of oil?

It's called vegetable oil because it's neither of animal nor mineral origin. The source of veg oil is usually nuts and seeds that contain oil (to nurture the developing prospective new plant) in quite high quantities - and it can be extracted by mechanical pressing.
Vegetables that we traditionally associate with vegetables: carrots, swedes potatoes and sprouts etc, contain traces or none.

You can see lots of different vegetable oils in your local supermarket each one labelled with the vegetable from which it comes.  Look under cooking oils

As blakestyger's post suggests, the term 'vegetable oil' is not very accurate. It covers a host of oils not derived from animal or mineral sources. They would be better described as Seed Oil or Nut Oil, which are commonly used for culinary purposes and Essentail Oils from other plant parts derived from fruit peel and tree trunks, for example.
If brains were made of dynamite, I wouldn't have enough to blow my nose.
