hello again and again.
i have a lot of information about the immune system and the cells of this system,i just have very curious question about the helper cell and their induction,we know that TH are selected by macrophages and other cells  which we call them APC(antigen presenting cell),the TH will only bind(as far as i know)with HLA class II located on the surface membrane of APC,now my question :when an endogenous antigen is produced by normal nucleated cell(due to a mutation caused by a virus)the nucleated cells have HLA classI and they will bind with the T8 lymphocyte but just please tell me how T4 is activated? we know that the proliferation of T8 nedds the activation of T4
