Hi All.. Finished all my hospital rounds today physical therapy some electric muscle stimulation and heat therapy and came home and crashed for the remainder of the day!.. Now I can't sleep and its because I am just not tired anymore tonight!

I hate that when they turn that stuff up to high it makes my hip and leg jump up off the table before he turns it down.. makes my chest hurt and gets my nerves on edge... Not good...

Has anyone else ever had that used to treat pain in the joints and muscles for hip problems?

Anyway.. I can't sleep.. Millions of things in my head.. I need to do tons of stuff in the next couple weeks that will last for many years.... hoping to give my children some special things for Christmas.... Photos stories and many things that will pertain to their childhood that I will not be able to tell them later.. but that I want them to have as they start their own families...
Stories about the things they did.. their medical issues and little things too.. a lock of their baby hair a favorite toy.. you know.. a treasure box of memories for each of them...

I find myself so bored at night during the dark hours.. used to be I was able to cope with it... but these days its just dark hours and silence.. no music.. no one posting LOl..  just eerie quietness.

I hope you are all sleeping and resting...
sweet dreams to you all!

Thanks Kareny Mam,

yes, a bit nervous...I think my 'umm' ing demonstrated that  [;)]

Ben really enjoyed it, he sat in the control room with all the buttons and nobs !!

To be honest, the main guest encroached a lot on the time they wanted to use for me bu, oh well. They apparently had loads of emails and texts and offers of help so perhaps they will forward them onto me at some point.

Thanks for listening...apparently their audience is 2.2million !!

Yikes !!

Is sheppy going tp be rolling his eyes under his eye lids tonight? What a weird suggestion for bringing on sleep. There is nothing to read on the inside of your eye lids so what does it do? I must admit that I sometimes look right up and close my eyes in order to relax when I'm stressed. It helps me do a poo when I'm on the loo. Sorry, I forgot this is not IBS support.

Last night I didn't sleep because I kept thinking about sheepy doing all the mad things the R4 listeners had suggested to get him to sleep. I didn't sleep very well at all. Neil you must be the first person to have insomnia-by-proxy.

I am just here this morning to report that Me Myseff and My trustee C-PAP....HAVE JUST had a very successful round of sleep wherein  I never woke up a single second that I can remember.. and actually feel rested for the first time since last Trip to the Hospital! I had a terrible Headache for two days after that plus very dopey disturbing sleep! I suspect it was that big dose of Morephine  they gave me.....before sending me home!

Anyways I remember no dream at all last night, but I went to sleep easily for a change and stayed dead out of it til  a bit ago... nice  sleep !

I have the opposite problem at the moment which is just as annoying. If I sit down I drop off. I've been so busy for the last two weeks that I have a massive sleep debt. I'm supposed to be going to rehearsals tonight but have zero energy. Even after drinking lots of coffee I'm still all droopy. The only place I can't sleep is in bed as Hubby is back with his snoring turned up to maximum vibrate mode.

It is most assuredly as big a problem and every bit as annoying.  That's what happens to me after I have bouts of insomnia.  When I finally can sleep, I can't get enough of it and i can't function during the day and am always nodding off.  It doesn't make life easy.  I'm supposed to be studying for a big test in February, but I can't concentrate on it at all.  I don't know how I'm going to pass it.

It's a little complicated. I own an air conditioning company, but the license is in my fathers name and I need to get it in my name.  you have to pass a test to get the license.  I don't do the physical labor in the company, my husband does, so I'm a bit lost.
