Yes we can if we can control space (frame dragging ) !! ....... it's sounds like sci-fi but in future may be we can ??????

No it is very unlikely.  Science fiction of that type is fiction.

Alien contact is most likely to be achieved using electromagnetic waves in the form of radio and/or optical communcation

We already do travel through space and time.  We can even travel forward through time at different rates via time-dilation, but the phenomenon of time-dilation shows that space and time are the same and that the sum of the two vectors shows that we are traveling at the speed of light through a combination of these dimensions, only one of which we percieive as time.

We might be able to travel backwards though time, but it would be like a photon suddenly stopping and then reversing it's direction of travel.  Then there's the issue of not being aware that you're traveling backwards in time, if you were, because you'd need to be simultaneously moving forwards in time to be aware that you were going backwards in time.
...And its claws are as big as cups, and for some reason it's got a tremendous fear of stamps! And Mrs Doyle was telling me it's got magnets on its tail, so if you're made out of metal it can attach itself to you! And instead of a mouth it's got four arses!

Absolutely...... Clear as mud......

Yes I see where you're coming from, or going to, ....or something.

If you travelled, faster than the speed of light, away from an object, you would see it going backwards in time. But it would be just a visual perception, just like running a film backwards. You could not interact with it.

Travelling toward an object, you would see it in it's present state relative to that point in space from which you observe it. The nearer you get to the object, the nearer you get to it's time relative it's point in space.

Actual 'time travel' (Dr. Who style) is the stuff of science fiction, and will remain that way. Pure fantasy.
