Uphill, downhill or flat?
You just need to pick up the nearest palanquin.Choose four strong shoulders to rest it on.Remember to smile at them as you allow them to lift you up.It will light up their day.Have that sturdy whip with you, for better results. And now, dear lady, for the speed record:)
Best of luck with the walk, Karen. Have fun. And let us know how it all goes.
Good luck Karen.Don't rush it, enjoy it
wow that's a challenge...... i wish you the best of luck..Get a good pair of shoes ... might i suggest asic gels Hadrian
Charity? I didn't know you were doing it for charity Good on you!Just make sure that you eat your carbs
First tip is to think of a nice reward to give yourself when it is all over. Concentrate on the reward and time will pass more quickly. Enjoy the "crack" (Irish for atmosphere and general excitement of the situation.) I'm sure you will meet interesting people and perhaps even a love interest!Good luck.
Goodbye Sleep tight.
Great job!!!
AWESOME!
Good on you Karen:) A stupid question. Do you have a swimming pool near by? Thats one of the very best ways I know of to get a really good body workout. It won't strain your joints etc but will give all your muscles good 'definition'. Just a mile a day and you'll keep that Doctor away. (Ok, not a mile then:) And remember that the real secret of anything is to make it into a habit, it's not how far you go (swim), its making it 'habitual' that will count.
Karen, I recommend the Mediterranean Diet for you. Also, lay off the booze.
Congrats Karen!!! Great job!!!
