First tip is to think of a nice reward to give yourself when it is all over. Concentrate on the reward and time will pass more quickly. Good on you Karen:) A stupid question. Do you have a swimming pool near by? Thats one of the very best ways I know of to get a really good body workout. It won't strain your joints etc but will give all your muscles good 'definition'. Just a mile a day and you'll keep that Doctor away. (Ok, not a mile then:) And remember that the real secret of anything is to make it into a habit, it's not how far you go (swim), its making it 'habitual' that will count.
